The Landscape and Urban Design practice works across international markets including the Middle East, UK and APAC regions, offering multidisciplinary expertise in planning, design and delivery.
Job Description
Lead and manage small to medium urban planning and urban design projects under the supervision of senior leadership.
Develop master planning and urban design concepts using 3D and digital platforms.
Produce drawings, graphics, mapping, models and technical reports from concept to detailed design stages.
Lead Middle East projects with full design and delivery ownership while reporting to the Practice Lead.
Coordinate interdisciplinary teams and ensure compliance with regional standards and codes.
Prepare technical reports, contractual documents and contribute to bids and proposals.
Manage project timelines, cost efficiency and quality of deliverables in accordance with company standards.
Mentor junior planners, BIM technologists and support staff.
Liaise with clients and stakeholders for effective project delivery.
Travel globally as required to coordinate with international offices and project sites.
