• Graduated as a landscape architect or landscape designer
• 10 years of professional experience as a designer/project leader
• Open, enthusiastic, and inquisitive work attitude
• Affinity with multidisciplinary collaboration in an international team
• Experience in leading colleagues and project management
• Proficient in Vectorworks or AutoCAD and Adobe Suite
• Good communication skills in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
• Available for at least 32 hours per week
• Preferably residing in the Rotterdam area
• Preferably available to start soon

Job Description

Lead compact teams of designers and coordinate with clients and partners.
Work on long-term projects and short, intensive assignments.
Set up new projects, write offers, plan resources, and manage budgets.
Contribute to societal challenges through Nature-based Solutions.
