Skills and Qualifications

(1) Multi-Hazard Risk Modelling Specialist
• Postgraduate degree in Environmental Engineering, Climate/Disaster Risk Management, or related fields.
• Proficiency in multi-hazard risk modeling platforms (e.g., Hazus, CAPRA, OpenQuake, RASP, IN-CORE).
• Knowledge of data sources like OpenStreetMap and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

(2) Green Roads Technology Specialist
• Degree in relevant technologies or equivalent professional experience.
• Expertise in climate adaptation, green development, or decarbonization in the transport sector.
• Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills.
• International experience (particularly in Asia-Pacific) is desirable.

(3) Environmental Specialist
• Postgraduate degree in Environmental Planning/Engineering.
• Experience in conducting Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) for transport projects.
• Familiarity with environmental regulations, sustainable infrastructure practices, and MDB guidelines (e.g., ADB).

Experience

(1) Multi-Hazard Risk Modelling Specialist
• Minimum 10 years of experience in risk assessments and vulnerability analysis for various transport infrastructures (roads, bridges, railways, airports, ports).

(2) Green Roads Technology Specialist
• At least 15 years of experience in research and the application of cutting-edge technology for climate adaptation and decarbonization in transport.

(3) Environmental Specialist
• Minimum 15 years of experience in conducting EIA for highway and transportation projects.
• Prior working experience with ADB and other Multilateral Development Banks’ guidelines is essential.
