Organisation Details
The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) is responsible for urban planning, real estate development, and infrastructure projects in Lucknow. The authority is recruiting experts on a contractual basis for two years or until the project completion.
Job Description
Provide consultancy and advisory services for land acquisition, planning, feasibility studies, and DPR preparation for housing, commercial, educational, and infrastructure projects.
Coordinate and support the implementation of LDA projects from planning to execution.
Prepare Integrated City Plan and Business cum Financial Plan.
Manage service providers and external experts for project execution.
Assist in identifying funding sources and leveraging funds for infrastructure projects.
Represent LDA in stakeholder meetings, public engagements, and policy discussions.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by LDA.
