Skills and Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in Urban/Regional/Environment Planning, Architecture, Public Policy Management, Environmental Sciences, Development Studies, or related field from a reputed institution.
• 3-5 years of experience in climate policy research and analysis, preferably with an international organization or national agency.
• Knowledge of national and international climate policies (NDCs, NMSH, URDPFI).
• Analytical skills to support baseline studies and policy assessments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement, including coordinating workshops with government agencies.
• Collaborative work style, flexibility to handle diverse tasks.
• Experience in designing knowledge collaterals (preferred).

ExperienceMinimum of 3-5 years in climate policy research and analysis
SalaryAs per industry norms.
