1. Master’s degree in logistics/supply chain management, transport economics, transport planning, management, public policy, transport engineering, international trade relations or other related fields, or University degree with at least 5 years specialized experience
2. Deep knowledge of regional cooperation and integration, cross-border transport and trade facilitation development issues in Asia
3. Experience in the preparation of investment projects
4. Skills in coordinating and working with professional teams
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

ExperienceAt least 10 years of relevant professional experience in the regional transport and logistics sector, including international work experience

Job Description

1. Leadership in designing regional cooperation and integration programs and projects in the transport sector
2. Conducting dialogues with government officials and stakeholders on transport sector issues
3. Supporting project identification, preparation, implementation, and appraisal
4. Providing technical advice and guidance for discussions on regional cooperation and integration
5. Leading project teams and coordinating activities in transport sector and regional cooperation
6. Contributing to advocacy, dissemination, and knowledge-building in transport and development is-sues
7. Monitoring policy and document compliance of projects during implementation
