• 0 to 3 years of professional experience
• Professional degree in Urban Design, Architecture, or related discipline
• Bachelor’s degree in Urban Design or related field preferred
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and visualization software
• Revit strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Excel, Lumion, Rhino
• Experience in site analysis, preliminary design studies, and field measurements
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and collaborative work ethic
• LEED GA within 1 year of hire
• Preparing for ARE examinations

Job Description

• Support creativity and design development under guidance of senior team members
• Conduct site analysis using quantitative and qualitative methods
• Develop analytical and design drawings through analog and digital tools
• Assist in preparation of master plan reports, design guidelines, and presentation materials
• Integrate zoning and policy requirements into project design
• Contribute to urban frameworks including circulation, open space, buildings, and infrastructure
• Participate in design charrettes, reviews, and collaborative studio activities
• Coordinate with consultants and design partners
• Ensure document accuracy and compliance with Project Delivery Manual
• Deliver assigned tasks within scope, schedule, and budget
