Job Description
• Design and implement land use, zoning, and infrastructure plans
• Analyze spatial, demographic, transport, and environmental data
• Prepare technical reports, visualizations, and maps
• Lead or support public consultations, stakeholder engagement, and community feedback processes
• Review development proposals and ensure compliance with planning norms
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and policy experts
• Monitor project implementation and recommend necessary design or strategic adjustments
• Stay informed about current planning laws, urban policy shifts, and emerging infrastructure trends
