4. Familiarity with sustainability assessment tools and urban planning software
5. Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and training skills
6. Project management, mentoring, and client-facing capabilities

Experience6–10 years in sustainability-focused urban planning or consulting, preferably with international project exposure
SalaryAs per industry standards (not disclosed)

Job Description

As Senior Consultant – Sustainable Development & Healthy Living, you will:

Lead and manage international urban planning projects with a focus on sustainability

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate climate-positive design in master plans

Guide and evaluate projects for LEED, WELL, Estidama, and other rating systems

Conduct sustainability assessments and provide insights for enhancements

Organize community engagement activities and stakeholder workshops

Train junior consultants and disseminate best practices in sustainable planning

Stay current with global sustainability innovations and apply them in real-world projects
