The Third Millennium Park is a place where two contrasting dynamics converge, a park of metropolitan scale, with a public space with limited use and little appropriation.

The proposal is made to: recognize material and immaterial values, seeking their recovery and correction of the spatial problems detected; complement the park from the incorporation of a sports recreation program and the articulation to the urban, historical and environmental systems, as part of the construction of a new cultural landscape for the sector; development over time from the integration of different actors, which allow to make viable its execution and maintenance, which is why a process is proposed in stages, in which each one is developed from associative figures such as public-private alliances and / or inter-institutional agreements.

It seeks from these mechanisms, to build on what has been built, taking advantage of the existing structure and potentiating it from the recognition of outstanding problems.
