• Postgraduate in Housing / Urban / Regional / Transport Planning or equivalent
• 10+ years of total experience
• Experience with Urban Projects for State/Central Government
• Involvement in projects like Master Planning, TPS, LAP, Slum Development, TDR, etc.
🔹 Infrastructure Expert – Patna
• Graduate in Civil Engineering / Planning / MBA
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience
• Must have worked on at least 2 infrastructure/real estate projects
• Experience reviewing BOQs, DPRs, contracts, and tenders
🔹 Procurement Expert – Patna
• B.Tech/B.E./MBA or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years of experience
• Expertise in public procurement for Govt./ULBs
• Should have formulated RFPs, Bid Documents, Contract Agreements
🔹 SBM Expert – Lucknow
• B.E./B.Tech in Civil + M.E./M.Tech in Environmental Engineering
• Minimum 7 years in waste management consultancy/research
• Familiarity with SBM (Urban), GFC, Swachh Survekshan, ODF protocols
• Experience preparing DPRs for MSW plants, MRFs, bioremediation, landfills
• Proficiency with cost estimation, PCB & CPHEEO protocols
