Responsible for securing the optimized planning of DECATHLON stores from initial ideas to the readiness of developed design drawings. Involves support in site selection and acquisition, feasibility evaluations, understanding of NBC and local bylaws, retail planning, facade designing, MEP services, latest materials and technology in architecture. Also, includes obtaining design requirements, coordinating with various teams, developing wayfinding programs, and exterior store identity. Requires creativity and analytical thinking with a focus on design and DECATHLON customers.
