Skills and Qualifications

(i) Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from reputed institutes recognized by Indian Universities with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent grade in aggregate of all semesters/ years. Aggregate Grade Point or percentage of marks where awarded would mean aggregate over the entire duration of the course.
(ii) Registered with Council of Architecture, New Delhi under Architects Act of 1972.
(iii) Working knowledge of Auto-CAD.

Organisation Details

Job Description

I. Preparation of conceptual designs of various types of buildings including Office, as well as
residential buildings and for interior works.
II. Preparation and presentation of drawings for approval by the local authority/ authorities of the
Reserve Bank.
III. Preparation of working drawings and details for execution of work.
IV. Periodical supervision of the work.
V. Maintenance of the record of drawings.
VI. The applicants should have full knowledge of working in a computerized environment-particularly
operation of packages like Auto-CAD etc

The applicants are advised to submit a single application; however, if due to any unavoidable situation, if he/she submits another/multiple applications, then he/she must ensure that application with the higher Registration ID (RID) is complete in all respects like applicants details, examination centre, photograph, signature, left thumb impression and handwriting undertaking, fee, etc. The applicants who are submitting multiple applications should note that only the last completed applications with higher RID shall be entertained by the Board and the fee paid against one RID shall not be adjusted against any other RID.
