Experience●An architectural / engineering background. ●1-3 years of experience providing technical support for Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite applications ●Experience with Autodesk Revit Architecture / Structure / MEP FP training; ●Strong experience organizing and setting up Revit project files in a Cloud unified Platform. ●Hi-level of familiarity with parametric, adaptive components and nested families ●Dynamo scripting / Rhinoceros / Grasshopper experience desirable

Organisation Details

The Digital Practice Group at Sasaki Associates, an award-winning international multidisciplinary design firm based in Boston, MA, is looking to add a multi-talented team member to provide day–to-day support to the entire office staff for all BIM workflows design related issues and to provide support and backup to the Revit leaders /BIM Managers.

Job Description

●Provide prompt and professional technical support to a firm of 250 user clients in addition to ad hoc support for any of the firm’s clients and consultants working in design collaboration.

●Help expand the availability of office support, and reduce the response time of the current ticketing system.

●Maintain the deployment, service, and support of design software and applications.

●Contribute to the growth of the officewide support documentation BPM (best practices manual)

●Conduct regular audits of design software files/models

●Evaluate performance availability of hardware resources to perform design tasks
