Skills and Qualifications

1. Degree or postgraduate qualification in Urban Design, Urban Planning, Landscape Architecture, or related field
2. 7–10 years of relevant experience in urban design/master planning
3. Strong design, graphic communication, and visualization capabilities
4. Full proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, PowerPoint, MS Word, and Excel
5. Experience leading design deliverables, managing multidisciplinary teams and subconsultants
6. Strong report production, client communication, and project delivery coordination skills
7. Understanding of sustainable public realm design (LEED experience is an advantage)
8. Excellent written and spoken English
9. Willingness to travel within the Middle East, including to KSA

Experience

7–10 years in urban design and master planning, preferably in the Middle East
