• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Urban Design
• Strong interest in masterplanning and urban design principles
• Proficiency or willingness to develop skills in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical skills for site analysis and early stage planning
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work in interdisciplinary teams
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in office 4 days per week
• Unconditional right to live and work in the UK without limitation

Job Description

• Join the 2026 Graduate Programme in the Reading office
• Contribute to medium and large scale residential and mixed use masterplans
• Conduct site analysis and support early stage planning studies
• Develop analytical and design drawings
• Prepare design materials and project documentation
• Support project management processes
• Collaborate within interdisciplinary teams
• Develop professional expertise toward chartership
