• Lead architectural design initiatives for mixed use developments, business parks, arenas, convention centres and retail spaces
• Oversee design management and statutory approval processes across all development stages
• Coordinate with consultants and authorities for regulatory approvals
• Prepare and issue RFPs for design consultants and vendors
• Review and approve GFC drawings for accuracy and compliance
• Drive value engineering without compromising quality or functionality
• Implement and manage BIM processes for design coordination
• Ensure adherence to building codes, sustainability principles and regulatory standards
• Provide strategic direction aligned with current and future arena and retail design trends
• Supervise and mentor junior architects
• Conduct site visits and monitor project execution
• Report functionally to Head – Design and administratively to Project Development Head
