Skills and Qualifications

1. Post-graduation in Urban Design / Urban Planning
2. 4 years' experience in relevant field
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe software, 3D visualization, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
4. Working knowledge of GIS is preferred
5. Strong drawing and presentation skills
6. Fluency in Oriya and Hindi is preferreda

Job Description

The Program Associate will support the Nurturing Neighbourhoods Challenge, working with local government and civic groups in Rourkela. Responsibilities include conducting surveys, data analysis, capacity building, designing public spaces, and preparing project reports. The role involves close collaboration with city officials, stakeholders, and internal teams. The Program Associate will also support research on early childhood development and public space enhancements.
