Skills and Qualifications

1. Master's degree or PhD (or equivalent) in participatory and applied research, within environmental science or social sciences and humanities (SSH) domains
2. Experience in strategic management support for large-scale interdisciplinary research projects, including partner coordination
3. Proficiency in data-related projects
4. Skills in navigating complex programs, adaptability, synthesis, and decision-making
5. Fluency in English, strong text editing skills, working-level of German advantageous
6. Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and priority setting skills
7. Demonstrated qualitative and quantitative research skills
8. Advanced knowledge of MS Office products, collaborative online tools

Experience

Proven experience in strategic management support for large-scale interdisciplinary research projects

SalaryAttractive, exempt from income tax in Austria, negotiable based on qualifications, skills, and experience; at least EUR 39,825.00 for R1 researchers, EUR 51,894.00 for R2 research scholars (gross per annum)
