Job Description
Lead urban design strategy and project delivery, from analysis and concept through to client presentations
Manage internal teams and external collaborators
Drive business development, including RFPs, proposals, and interviews
Produce high-quality urban design visualizations and presentations
Mentor junior designers in design thinking and production workflows
Present concepts during client and internal meetings
Contribute to diverse project typologies in multiple geographies
