Organisation Details
The UN Office for Disaster Risk Reduction (UNDRR) coordinates international efforts in disaster risk reduction and guides the implementation of the Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction, 2015-2030. It campaigns for global awareness, advocates for investments in disaster risk reduction, and provides practical services and tools for disaster risk reduction.
Job Description
The consultant will contribute to the development of a training module on PDRP and a PDRP assessment checklist. Responsibilities include preparing written outputs, supporting meetings and conferences, developing the Pre Disaster Recovery Preparedness training programme and checklist in collaboration with the IRP Secretariat team, and coordinating with IRP members and experts.
