Skills and Qualifications

Essential: Bachelor’s in any field, preferably in Tourism Management or related field. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Excellent Communication Skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented thinker who can juggle multiple, competing priorities. Team player and ability to work under pressure and meeting deadlines. Problem-solving attitude.
Additional: Willingness to travel to project locations for extended periods of time. Local candidates or those with prior work experience in Goa preferred.

ExperienceMinimum 4 years in the tourism industry.
SalaryAs per industry norms.

Job Description

The role involves conducting tourist surveys, site visits, assisting in creating destination-specific data/content for marketing, assisting the Destination Management Committee (DMC) and Department of Tourism in investment promotion, data collection, development of presentations, reports, documents, coordinating events and initiatives for destination development and improvement.
