| Experience | • Master’s degree in Transportation Planning/Engineering. • 3-6 years of professional experience. We are looking for someone with recent and relevant Hands-on experience. • Project Experience in Transport Planning, Transport analysis, Sustainable Urban Mobility Plans (SUMPs), Transport modelling. • In-depth knowledge and experience in using standard macroscopic transport and (or) micro-modelling packages and recognized transport appraisal techniques • Demonstrable experience in VISUM and (or) VISSIM software, traffic engineering, ability to produce clear, precise and coherent analysis, reports and plots from transport models and from transport appraisal packages. • Experience in software like CUBE and EMME is added advantage • Relevant experience in working with Global Delivery type of setup. • Working knowledge in Demand modelling and data analysis is preferred. Good understanding of the four-step modelling process is desired. • Ability to work both as part of a sophisticated multi-disciplinary team as well as possessing the ability to work independently to solve problems. • Capable of working under challenging workload subject to short notice. • Due to international nature of the role we expect that you will share our global mindset, are willing to work in an international environment and are fluent in English • Your communications skills in English are very good, both written and verbal. You are expected to explain and present work to colleagues of various levels in other countries. |
