To be successful in this role you will have:

• experience in applying best practice in planning, built environment and environmental disciplines in providing sound advice on development proposals and assessments in a legislated environment.
• good time management with the ability to prioritise competing interests
• well-developed interpersonal skills to influence, negotiate and maintain relationships in order to make decisions in a complex organisational environment
• experience in delivering quality and accurate written documentation
• high level proficiency in commonly used computer systems and software.
