Skills and Qualifications

• Post-graduation in Urban Design / Urban Planning
• 2-4 years of relevant experience (design of streets, public spaces, government stakeholder engagement)
• Passion for improving quality of life for children in Indian cities
• Understanding of public spaces, sustainable development principles, and public policies
• Familiarity with environment and climate change issues
• Strong quantitative and qualitative data analysis skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, 3D visualization, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint (GIS preferred)
• Strong design and presentation skills
• Ability to work under pressure, both independently and in a team
• Fluency in Hindi preferred

Experience2-4 years
SalaryINR 9,50,000 to INR 12,50,000 CTC per annum

Job Description

• Day-to-day engagement with city government and stakeholders in Udaipur to implement child-friendly urban interventions.
• Conduct data collection, surveys, analysis, and create design drawings, 3D visualizations, reports, and presentations.
• Organize capacity-building sessions for local agencies, service providers, and community groups.
• Focus on public space improvements, inclusive transport, early childhood development, and institutionalizing solutions with government agencies.
