Job Description
As a Senior or Principal Heritage Planner at WSP, you’ll advise on development proposals across all planning stages. You will be responsible for preparing impact assessments, advising on heritage strategies, contributing to planning applications, and attending design meetings. The role involves stakeholder negotiation (including with Historic England), managing deliverables and budgets, and integrating cross-disciplinary expertise (e.g., sustainability) into planning outputs. You’ll be joining one of the UK’s most dynamic planning teams, supporting landmark projects and helping shape sustainable heritage-sensitive development.
