1. Degree in Urban Planning, Urban Design, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or Fine Arts.
2. Comprehensive portfolio showcasing a range of urban sketches, including conceptual sketches of urban environments, detailed streetscape or architectural illustrations, and visual representations of public spaces, buildings, parks, and urban design elements.
3. Proven experience in urban sketching or design visualization with a minimum of 5 years of experience in large-scale urban planning, architecture, or landscape architecture projects.
4. General understanding and experience with large-scale urban planning or architectural projects.
5. Strong drawing skills, both hand-drawn and digital, with the ability to produce quick concept-level sketches as well as detailed illustrations.
6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-disciplinary teams.
7. Time management and project coordination skills for timely delivery of sketches in line with project schedules.
8. Previous experience as a job shopper or contract consultant in urban sketching or related creative roles.
