| Experience | Experience: 12 years of general experience and 7 years of specific experience in affordable housing. The expert should have knowledge of the housing sector, conversant with latest technological innovations in the affordable housing sector. In-depth knowledge of different construction technologies for affordable housing is preferable. Experience in similar capacity and sound knowledge of ADB or World Bank procedures/policies and working on externally funded infrastructure projects shall have added advantage. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of spoken Tamil would be an added advantage. |

The objective of the consulting service is to support the Housing and Urban Development Department (HUDD), Government of Tamil Nadu in adopting best suited technological option for affordable and climate resilient housing and allied social infrastructure without compromising on design standards, landscape and overall integrity of the concept design.
