Professionally Accredited Bachelor of Architecture (or equivalent) degree in their country of residence.
Master’s degree in urban housing / urban planning / community and regional development / sustainable development / society and health / migration and spatial planning.
A minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience in practice and/or academia, of which three years in a full time academic position, with demonstrable research interest in urban housing and/or urban planning and/or community & regional development.
