• Master's degree in climate change, environment, natural resource management, engineering, public policy, urban planning, or related fields
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in USAID or similar donor-funded projects
• Expertise in nature-based solutions, climate change adaptation, disaster risk reduction, urban planning, or natural resource management
• Experience working with Indonesian government ministries (KLHK, Bappenas, etc.) and private sector actors to integrate NbS and climate risk management
• Strong communication skills with experience presenting to high-level audiences
• Fluency in English; fluency in Indonesian preferred
• Strong interpersonal and management skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage diverse teams
