• Master's or higher degree in sustainability, electric mobility, urban planning, or related field
• 2-4 years of full-time experience in relevant sectors, preferably in sustainable mobility
• Proficiency with analytical tools, computer software (GIS), literature, and current developments in electric mobility, energy, and transport
• Strong writing and communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of other regional languages is a plus
• Willingness to travel across different UP cities
• Important attributes: innovativeness, independence, confidence, passion, analytical mindset, structured thinking, research-oriented, team-player

Experience2-4 years of relevant experience
Salary8,00,000 INR to 9,00,000 INR CTC per annum (commensurate with experience and skills)

Job Description

The Program Associate will work within the Electric Mobility team to support Indian cities in their journey to be low carbon through applied research, tools, hands-on advice, and collaboration with experts. Responsibilities include assisting the Project Manager in research on electric mobility, government interfacing, partner management, project documentation, event management, data exploration, and quantitative research. The role also involves creating presentations, written reports, policy briefs, grant proposals, working papers, and blog posts to disseminate findings and analysis.
