Job Description
The Senior Transit Architect will lead multidisciplinary teams working on transportation infrastructure design with a focus on transit stations and facilities. Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing architectural documentation and supervising execution phases
Leading design coordination with consultants and clients
Developing architectural plans, specifications, layouts, and construction details
Performing code analysis, site inspections, and design research
Managing and mentoring architectural staff
Ensuring design quality, compliance with codes (IBC, NFPA), and technical adequacy
Participating in RFIs, shop drawing reviews, and stakeholder engagement
