Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
12 years of relevant design experience within the transportation construction field
Professional Engineer (PE) license
Valid Driver’s License
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing alternative delivery methods
10+ years as an engineer of record or lead designer
20+ years of related design experience
Recent Design-Build experience
Established contractor client relationships

ExperienceMinimum: 12 years of relevant design experience Preferred: 20+ years of related design experience
Salary$160,000.00 - $240,000.00

Job Description

Manage the technical content of pursuits and projects across various disciplines
Interface with clients and coordinate the design deliverables
Ensure projects align with contract documents
Report project status to senior management
Provide technical support during the construction phase
Mentor and develop staff
Implement best practices to maximize profit while minimizing risk
