| Experience | Experience: • 7–10 years of proven experience in urban design, planning, and master planning • International exposure and experience in the MENA region preferred • Experience leading large-scale projects and producing technical proposals Technical Skills: • Strong hand-drawing and graphic presentation skills • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) • Competency in AutoCAD, PowerPoint, MS Office • Understanding of LEED, sustainability frameworks, or similar certifications (preferred) • Strong coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams and external consultants Soft Skills: • Excellent English communication (written + spoken) • Proactive, self-motivated, and highly organized • Capable of delivering under tight deadlines • Experience handling technical bids and project documentation • Open to travel within the GCC (especially Saudi Arabia) |

Job Description
As a Senior Urban Designer in WSP’s Dubai office, you will:
• Lead urban design and master planning deliverables across multiple international projects
• Create high-quality graphics, reports, and client presentations
• Coordinate with internal disciplines and external subconsultants
• Contribute to project bids and fee proposals
• Travel within the Middle East region as needed
• Support sustainability-driven design in public realm, open space, and infrastructure projects
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders
