Skills and Qualifications

• Master's degree in urban development, urban planning, urban design, architecture, or a related field, preferred.
• Knowledge and appreciation of European efforts related to Baukultur, and complementary initiatives globally
• Strong writing skills, ideally including work with media and/or high-profile public initiatives
• Hands-on experience developing and managing complex project and communities, including interacting with executive leaders and helping to turn ideas into tangible action and impact
• Outstanding command of written and spoken English; knowledge of other languages would be an asset but is not required
• Strong familiarity with MS Office Suite and project management tools is highly preferred, familiarity with Salesforce a plus.

Experience6+ years of professional experience working on urban issues. Deep understanding of how local and/or national governments work, including prior experience leading initiatives with local or national governments and/or working on public-private collaborations.
SalaryThe annual salary range for this role is $120,000-140,000 in New York

Job Description

This role will place you on the front line of engaging with global leaders and subject matter experts. The Lead will facilitate and manage engagement across a robust network of the Forum’s existing global communities of business executives, leading academicians from the world’s top research universities, government officials, start-ups, media, civil society organizations, social entrepreneurs, and affiliated centres.
