Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or Landscape Design
• Strong expertise in landscape design, hardscape, and planting schemes
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite, Revit (preferred)
• Knowledge of irrigation systems and sustainable landscape practices
• Strong design presentation and visualization skills
• Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary team

Experience

• 8 to 16 years of experience in landscape design
• Experience in luxury residential, villas, commercial, and healthcare projects
• Experience working on high-rise and premium developments preferred
• Experience with large-scale projects such as hotels, hospitals, malls, or luxury residences is desirable

Job Description

• Lead conceptual and detailed design of landscape projects across sectors
• Develop master plans, planting strategies, and construction documentation
• Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, and project teams
• Manage client presentations and ensure design intent throughout execution
• Mentor junior designers and provide technical guidance
• Oversee material selection, cost estimation, and sustainability compliance
• Coordinate with contractors and site teams for implementation quality
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery
