B.Arch. or M.Arch. from an accredited university.
Architectural design awareness in line with the company's project portfolio.
Technical building systems awareness currently used across design typologies.
International building code awareness.
Fire and life safety code awareness and regulations with regard to occupancy type, travel distance, number of egress points, egress width.

ExperienceMinimum 5 to 8 years of relevant experience with a good level of technical competency. Excellent knowledge of primary software such as Revit, Sketchup, AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Additional software knowledge such as Rhino, Grasshopper, Dynamo, Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator, Navisworks is a plus.

Prepare building drawings that meet project functions of aesthetics, practicality, and budget.
Analyze user requirements and participate in research, conceptual, and development designs.
Coordinate building design with other professionals and engineers.
Implement QA procedures and coordinate project details.
Prepare a complete set of architectural design construction drawings, documents, specifications, and maintain company’s standards.
