• Bachelor’s degree in architecture (Master’s preferred)
• 15 years’ experience in architectural practice with management experience
• Licensed Architect preferred; NCARB registration preferred
• LEED AP or GA certification required within 6 months
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera or MS Project, Microsoft Office Suite, Revit, Deltek Vision, 3D Modeling software, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketchup, and InDesign
• Strong knowledge of architectural building systems, sustainability, and LEED guidelines
• Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively
