The Urban Design Group is a multi-disciplinary team comprising of urban designers and planners, landscape architects and ecologists, mobility engineers and people movement specialists, as well as spatial data and social scientists. We work across different geographies and scales to design inclusive, innovative, and resilient urban environments.

We are seeking an applied urban Anthropologist / Sociologist to ensure that our projects are context specific, sensitive to the local cultural identity, and responsive to social trends.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years’ experience in a project driven research environment, ideally in the design or built environment sector. They will be expected to lead the place-based cultural research and translate both desktop and fieldwork research insights into evidence-based planning, design, and programmatic strategies.
