Postgraduate degree at PhD level in a related subject area or equivalent relevant industrial experience.
Expertise in planning, design, and implementation of low carbon solutions in the housing sector.
Experience in social housing in the UK and domestic scale energy modelling.
Collection, analysis, interpretation, and presentation of large quantitative and qualitative data sets.
Knowledge of research in low carbon solutions associated with energy demand reduction, renewable energy supply, and energy storage.
Proven ability to publish in national journals and conferences.
Understanding of competitive research funding and ability to develop funding applications.

ExperienceProven portfolio of research and/or relevant industrial experience.
Salary£39,347- £44,263 per annum (Grade 6).
