Skills and Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Economics, Social Sciences, or related field
• Strong knowledge of economic modelling and public policy analysis
• Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research methods
• Strong report writing and analytical skills
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to communicate complex policy issues effectively
• Fluency in English or French, willingness to learn the other
• Knowledge of Greek is an advantage

Experience

• 3 to 6 years of experience in economic or public policy analysis
• Experience in international organisations, government, academia, or think tanks
• Experience in project management and team coordination
• Experience providing policy advice to public officials

SalaryStarting from €4,654.53 per month (tax-exempt in Greece)

Job Description

• Conduct economic and policy analysis on social and economic issues
• Supervise and coordinate analytical work across teams
• Develop policy recommendations based on empirical research
• Draft reports, policy papers, and analytical documents
• Engage with stakeholders including governments and international organisations
• Support organisation of conferences, workshops, and outreach activities
• Manage projects and supervise junior staff and consultants
• Contribute to funding proposals and programme development
