Job Description
The Consultant will develop differentiated training materials and modules for capacity-building workshops targeting Iraqi provincial stakeholders under the Iraq NDC implementation project. Duties include:
Preparing training modules for three stakeholder groups (governors, provincial council members, sector department directors)
Developing all training content (presentations, exercises, agendas)
Conducting a 2-day in-person Training of Trainers (ToT) workshop
Leading follow-up online training sessions
Coordinating closely with UNEP ROWA and undergoing technical reviews
