Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Policy, Environmental Studies, Economics, Engineering, Natural Sciences, Public Policy, or related fields; Master’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in climate-related roles.
• Familiarity with national and international climate change policies and the UNFCCC negotiating process.
• Strong ability to present complex information clearly, meet multiple deadlines, and conduct qualitative and/or quantitative research.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, research, and team collaboration.
• Flexibility to travel.

ExperienceMinimum of 2 years in related fields, with knowledge of climate change policies and experience in research and project management.
SalaryAs per industry norms.

Job Description

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis for climate-related projects under the Paris Agreement, co-author reports and knowledge products, and present findings internally.
• Support stakeholder engagement, organize events, and draft project updates for funders.
• Assist in project management tasks, coordinate meetings, manage documentation, and track deliverables.
