1. For Senior Landscape Architect:
• 4-6 years of experience in the industry.
• CMLI status or equivalent experience/knowledge.
• Ability to independently run projects with direction.
• Experience in project management, fee proposals, and contract negotiations is an advantage.
• Strong technical and management skills.
2. For Graduate Landscape Architect:
• Experience and knowledge in landscape design and delivery.
3. Across Both Levels:
• Excellent technical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in at least one 3D modeling software (SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Rhino).
• Knowledge of MicroStation is an advantage.
• Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in UK and international projects is a plus.
