1. Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or B.Tech. (Civil)

3. Possess a degree in architecture or civil engineering obtained from a University established from and Institution recognized by the Govt. and A Post graduate degree or post graduate diploma or traffic and transportation planning or Regional planning or Urban Design awarded by University established by law in India or by an institution recognized by the All India Council for technical Education or a membership obtained by examination of Institute of Town Planners of India or Master in Urban Planning / Regional planning / Town & Country Planning
