● A keen interest in social development, low-income housing and a drive to contribute meaningfully to this sector.
● A Master's degree in Public Policy/Planning/Architecture/Social Work/ Finance/ Business Management/ Liberal Arts or equivalent.
● Experience in building teams (Recruitment, leading, coaching and mentoring) - all levels in an organization
● Proficiency (speaking, writing and reading) in English and Hindi.
● Strong communication, interpersonal and networking skills required for effective liaising between stakeholders including donors, government agencies and partners.
● Willing and flexible to travel extensively for work.
● Ability to lead in virtual work environments/lean team setups.
● Ability to handle multiple projects and meet realistic deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment without compromising on quality.
● Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) and Google Suite.
