• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch)
• Proficiency in CAD, BIM, and 3D modeling software
• Strong knowledge of architectural design and spatial planning
• Understanding of building codes and urban planning regulations
• Skills in visualization and presentation
• Ability to prepare BOQs, tender drawings, and technical documents
• Strong coordination and teamwork abilities

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in architecture
• Experience in urban design, spatial planning, or infrastructure projects preferred

Salary₹25,000 to ₹40,000 per month

Job Description

• Develop architectural designs, building plans, and spatial layouts
• Prepare working drawings, sections, elevations, and landscape plans
• Ensure compliance with MP Bhumi Vikas Niyams and BDA guidelines
• Assist in reviewing master plans and urban development proposals
• Coordinate with planners and engineers for integrated project delivery
• Prepare tender drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
• Create 3D models and presentation materials for approvals
• Maintain records of drawings and revisions
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes
