Job Description
• Conduct urban and regulatory analysis for project sites
• Develop urban concept designs and master planning proposals
• Prepare technical drawings and documentation for planning processes
• Perform GIS-based spatial analysis and urban studies
• Work with BIM and 3D modeling tools for project development
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants
• Support preparation of technical and commercial proposals
• Monitor planning compliance and assess project feasibility
