• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent required (Master’s degree preferred)
• 15 years’ experience in architectural practice, with management experience in all project phases
• Licensed Architect with current registration preferred
• LEED AP or GA required within 6 months of employment
• Strong knowledge of design trends, construction methodology, material application, architectural building systems, and sustainability
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Deltek Vision, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketchup, and InDesign
• Experience with buildingSMART, BIM, and Integrated Project Delivery
• Effective verbal and written communication and leadership skills

Experience15 years in architectural practice
SalaryAs per industry norms.

Job Description

• Manage multiple projects through all phases until completion
• Collaborate with the Project Leadership Team to ensure financial performance and team communication
• Develop project scope, budgets, and fees in partnership with senior management
• Lead project teams, handle consultant contracts, and ensure quality management
• Foster client relationships and lead client presentations
