Skills and Qualifications

M. Arch in Landscape Architecture.
At least 2 years of experience in landscape planning projects for cities/campuses.
Proficiency in software: Google SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator), Microsoft Office Suite.
Adept at generating sketches or freehand drawings of proposed designs.
Strong communication skills in both English and Malayalam.

ExperienceMinimum 2 years in landscape planning and design.
SalaryRs. 40,000 - 70,000/month, depending on experience and proficiency.

Organisation Details

IMPACT Kerala Limited (IKL) is a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) under the Local Self Government Department of Kerala, established to implement major infrastructure projects in the local government sector. IKL is seeking a competent Landscape Architect to be deployed in a project in Kozhikode District on a contract basis.

Job Description

The Landscape Architect will be responsible for landscape planning of cities and campuses, proficiently using relevant software tools to create detailed and creative design solutions. The role requires strong sketching skills, effective communication in English and Malayalam, and the ability to manage project tasks efficiently.
